Polaris have been in operation from 2016. We are registered with the Ministry of Labor Jamaica https://www.mlss.gov.jm/ to operate programs that sends Jamaicans to the United States of America for work and cultural exchange. Employment Agencies Unit Ministry of Labour and Social Security (mlss.gov.jm) Polaris began from the love of these cultural exchange programs by a participant who participated in the J1 Summer Work and Travel Program though different agencies throughout his years in college. The love of this opportunity leads the owner to opening his own agency with the ultimate goal of not only creating these cultural exchange opportunities for students and young adults but to also operate with a difference by giving back and providing the best service.

JOYST Youth Exchange International is a non-governmental organization established to promote cultural exchange and work abroad programmes. It is designed to encourage student growth through experiences of other cultures and lifestyles during their summer holidays. On a JOYST Youth programme, you have the chance to experience the real everyday working life of a country and explore some of the world’s most amazing places during your stay. You can also become involved in voluntary services at local organizations whilst working and travelling..
